[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is terrible! I dislike more than I can say! Noise, controls, spin does not spin out much water.
Controls set up in a ridiculous way. Very noisy. Glass top serves no purpose whatsoever?
Thought I was saving time ordering on line. . . Big mistake . Very cheaply made. I hate it 🤨
I would like to return it and start all over again. This time I will come to the store. Awful 😣 just awful
The lid locks and stays locked until the end of cycle. You can’t add anything after it locks. Place clothes in the huge drum and they are in the same position I placed them in. I have actually found items that never got wet????? This just is not one of GE’s top models.
Don’t buy it -You won’t like it. pS : I know where you can get a slightly used one 😄

In regard to your clothes not fully being covered with water, we recommend utilizing the Deep Fill feature. We have provided a video tutorial on this feature here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ek5wEIxYMSI. We have also provided some additional details regarding the Deep Fill feature on page 10 of the Owner's Manual. Your feedback is extremely important to us. We will pass these comments regarding the lid lock along to our product team to review.

Terrible Decision

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer broke just over a year after getting it. Continently past any warranty. GE now makes it deliberately impossible for you to fix something yourself, everything needs to be serviced with the way they design it. My first washer lasted 10 years. This one barely lasted one with absolutely no misuse. Still looks brand new, just now makes a hideous noise and is unusable. Don’t even want to call out their service rep because it will cost half the washer just to fix it no doubt. I will go back to Samsung after this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I prayed for a new washer and received my new GE washer. It took me a minute to decide, from reading the reviews. I found a review that helped me avoid the mistakes she made. I love love my new GE washer. It's quiet, it has a clear top, and the performance is great. No problems. So far, so good. What I did notice was, when I washed a very small load I had to spin twice. That could have been my fault, but I'm not sure. Overall, I'm loving my appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Capacity is very large, controls very easy to navigate. Love there are so many cycles options to choose from. It’s not a noisy machine at all. The clothes smell and look so much cleaner compared to the Whirlpool we just thrown out after 5 years.

Cost wasn't a issue, but simple controls and warranty mattered. 10yr warranty and very simple controls GE was the best option hands down! It's been months and washer is incredible, quiet, great washer cycles, Deep fill, deep rinse, xtra rinse features are a bonus! Large loads and king comforters no problem! Best Appliance decision ive ever made. Highly Recommend!
