it does not spin

it doesnt spin during the washing cycle!!! i tried everything but i cant put much clothes even withun the capacity in there to make it work properly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

capacity and controls are my favorite

I love the size of the inside drum, not so deep that I can't reach, controls are easy to understand, and you can leave it on your most frequent used setting.

Love the size of the machine. A little on the noisy side but bearable. Item did arrive dented on both sides. Fabric softener dispenser not working. Water levels on normal cycle has to adjusted manually because auto never disperses enough water. Controls are easy to figure out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Washer is great except f or the fact that when you use either well for fabric softener, some of it stays behind after the load is finished which stains clothes at the bottom of the tub. It gets the load of laundry clean and has a lot of capacity but with the leaking of residue fabric softener, it is not the best product!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
