Very nice machine

Machine is easy to set up and use per load. I love the size of the basket for large loads as well as being able to set it up for small loads. I love the diamond gray color as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

the controls are easy to use and it’s very quiet and i like how the controls light up. I also like how it gives you an estimate of how long the cycle takes.

So far so great!. From purchase to install to using this washer has been great. So smooth. No hassles at all. I am so excited after limping by with my old GE of 8 years.

Not great first impression.

We’ve had this installed for less than 48 hours and the drum bangs and makes a squeaking sound like you’ve never heard before with little loads. Extremely unhappy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We want to help go over the sounds you are noticing with your washer.
Banging sounds can be caused by improper installation such as the shipping rod being left in, moving the washer without the shipping rod in place or the washer not being leveled properly.
We recommend checking to make sure that your unit is completely level to the ground and that all shipping materials are removed.
