Works well but makes more noise than my previous unit. I saw that comment in other reviews so wasn’t surprised. Seems like that could be adjusted or fixed? Other than that the capacity is great. Holds my blankets without an issue. so far it’s all good

I absolutely love my new appliance.It’s very user friendly the capacity is the perfect size for just two people in my household and not to mention the color it’s nice, it’s actually kinda noisy but I can get used to it.

No matter how we fill the drum. It wads the clothes up putting it out of balance. We have redistributed the load up to five times for one beadspread

When it comes to loading. The best way to achieve a balanced load is to load items evenly and loosely around the outside of the basket, filling in towards the center on larger loads. We also recommend checking that the washer is completely level to the ground.
