Noisy washer, but good clean

So far so good. I usually wash 2-3 loads weekly. I had a front loader, but had difficulty unloading, so I decided to go back to a top loading washer. If any complaint, it's operates louder than my old machine, that I could barely hear.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The machine washes clothes well and has all necessary settings. The reason for the rating is the noise. It is much louder than any washer I have had.

We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear your washer is working well overall! With all washers, some noise is normal, but we recommend ensuring it's level to minimize vibration. Adjust the leveling legs so that the unit is level front to back and side to side for the best results.

We replaced our Samsung with GE and it was the best thing ever. Clothes are smelling better and coming out soft and cleans and the GE washer was cheaper…
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ok for the money

Very noisy. Soap and softener dispensers do not empty. Water levels are iffy at best. Wish I would’ve spent the extra money for a better machine. I’ve had this about 2 weeks and am not happy with this purchase

As for the dispenser not emptying, we recommend checking to make sure that your water temperature is meeting 120 degrees F minimum.
