So far so GREAT!

I have only had my washer for 3 weeks but I LOVE it. I can hear the water swishing. I went back to an agitator which gets my laundry way cleaner than my last washer that had no agitator. I love that I can have a deep fill of water if I choose. I also like that it will soak and then go right into a wash. It is easy to use the controls and there are many choices of cycles. It is a little loud but that doesn't bother me. I would rather have loud, WATER and clean clothes!

Purchased on 3/14 delivered 3/24/2025: wash is easy to use and a little loud but not annoying. Performs well with easy to understand controls. I love the capacity levels and the different cycles available. I am a GE fan they have not let me down yet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far it is a good washer. I have a problem with cat hair & it doesn't seem to be getting that out of clothes. I don't know what to do. I've never had this problem before. Light loads or heavy loads, it doesn't matter.

Water level always below clothes

First couple weeks I trusted GE and washed with "Auto" water level. But when clothes smelled like half-washed soap, I changed the water level to "Large" but not much improved. Even with select "Max" , water level still at 50%. I'm so disappointed. And I checked, my water pressure is good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Over the years, the amount of allowable water usage has been reduced. With Washers using less water and energy, you will no longer see a wash basket full of water. Most washers, such as this one, are now programmed with load sensing to adjust water levels based on the cycle and load size, so the amount of water used will vary. We recommend viewing the loading instructions for this washer on page 14 of the Owner's Manual at the link below.
