Terrible Machine

Had to return it. Eight unsuccessful loads was enough of a trial. Detergent did not dispense. Water levels were all over the place.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

With the detergent not dispensing, be sure follow the detergent manufacturer’s recommendations for the correct amount of detergent, based on load size, as well as taking care to add detergent to the right compartment. We recommend referring to page 12 of the owner's manual for further guidance. Here is the link:

If the detergent still won't dispense properly, you can schedule a service appointment with a Bodewell technician by calling 833-426-3393 or schedule online at https://www.bodewell.com/schedule-repair-service
As far as the water level, it is normal for the water not to cover the top level of the clothes, With this being a high-efficiency washer, the system requires less water while providing effective cleaning action. For more information on this, you can refer to page 7 of the manual for information on adjusting water levels.

The first week

It's a little louder than my previous machine but it does a fantastic job! Clothes come out super clean. The whole process from the beginning, was great! My salesman, Phil, awesome! Delivery, Yuniel, the best! So far I love the way the machines work easy to use the dryer is super fast and the drums are huge in both washer and dryer!!!

2 weeks in with our new GE washer and my first time purchasing a top loader. I’ve been pleasantly surprised by every factor of this washer, it is efficient and cleans the clothes well while being easy to use and I appreciate the modern controls. The cycle options are plenty and the capacity is amazing. It’s not super noisy but this is definitely something to consider when deciding between top or front load, there is some noise with the top loader. However not enough to bother me with my laundry being around the corner to the dining room, however I wouldn’t run a load while having dinner guests lol.

Easy to use! Love the features. Especially to detergent drawer so you don’t have to pour it on top of your clothes! We’ve had no issues it’s been a great purchase. I love how it holds more clothes than my other washer. It’s quiet when running and runs through the cycles like a dream. The controls are also simple to use!! I love it!

This is probably the best washer that I have owned in 42 years! It is solid, quiet, it has easy to set controls which make each load personalized, it holds a lot of clothes in one load, it leaves the clothes squeaky clean, it is fast, there is a Quick Wash setting among many other cycles.
