Disappointing

Product was great at first. Within 6 weeks, it is not drying clothes during spin cycle and I have to call for maintenance over the holidays.

Basic is best!

I had my last washer and dryer set for over 12 years, but after having to fix the washer three times and the dryer twice, we knew it was time for new ones. We decided to go with the top load again. I am shorter, but I can still reach the bottom of the drum to get the clothes out. I like how it stops when it is off balance so that I may redistribute the clothes. I also like the auto water fill.

A lot of options for different types of laundry

Overall..so far I like it. My last machine didn’t have the agitator, I think it gets the clothes cleaner. I like all the difference features, ie especially water levels, soak option, extra rinse, spin choices etc
It’s noisier than my LG without the agitator, but it’s located in my basement laundry room so not a problem
I would recommend this to a friend!
