The dual-action agitator ensures deep, thorough clean without being too harsh on fabrics, and the water level control gives you the flexibility to use just the right amount of water—whether you're washing a few delicate or a bulky bedding set. The Deep Fill and Quick Wash options are especially handy when you're in a rush or need a little extra cleaning power.

A grand washer!
In all my 76 years this is the best washer!
It's very quiet. Clothes get clean.Love the see through top. You can control and stop washer if you want to rearrange. Wonderful option.
Plenty of room and a great price.

I honestly think this machine gets my clothes cleaner than any machine I’ve ever owned. Easy to use, giant capacity. Queen quilt fits easily.

Had to return it. Eight unsuccessful loads was enough of a trial. Detergent did not dispense. Water levels were all over the place.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

With the detergent not dispensing, be sure follow the detergent manufacturer’s recommendations for the correct amount of detergent, based on load size, as well as taking care to add detergent to the right compartment. We recommend referring to page 12 of the owner's manual for further guidance. Here is the link:

If the detergent still won't dispense properly, you can schedule a service appointment with a Bodewell technician by calling 833-426-3393 or schedule online at https://www.bodewell.com/schedule-repair-service
As far as the water level, it is normal for the water not to cover the top level of the clothes, With this being a high-efficiency washer, the system requires less water while providing effective cleaning action. For more information on this, you can refer to page 7 of the manual for information on adjusting water levels.

The first week

It's a little louder than my previous machine but it does a fantastic job! Clothes come out super clean. The whole process from the beginning, was great! My salesman, Phil, awesome! Delivery, Yuniel, the best! So far I love the way the machines work easy to use the dryer is super fast and the drums are huge in both washer and dryer!!!
