Our machine always leaves the fabric softener in the machine and NEVER rinses it out of the machine or clothes. And finding a stupid nickname is impossible

We are more than happy to assist you with your new washer. Select the Deep Rinse option when using fabric softener. You will also need to make sure not to overfill the dispenser or dilute it. You might also try cleaning the dispenser before using it again. We also advise the user to not overload the unit either so the items can move freely. Hubby purchased this for me today. My old whirlpool quit after 1 year so he decided on a GE this time. I love it. Has a clear top. Cleans really good. It is a little louder than the last one but works so much better.

I like the auto fill feature. I like that this waher has an agitator to clean clothes thoroughly. There are lots of wash and water temperature options.

This washer is quiet and can handle anything we put in there to wash. We love the digital features as well as the sounds it makes when done. The auto fill water is great, it always fills up with the exact amount of water needed.
