This washer is quiet and can handle anything we put in there to wash. We love the digital features as well as the sounds it makes when done. The auto fill water is great, it always fills up with the exact amount of water needed.

Love this new GE Clothes Washer...it is much faster and has better cycles than my Maytag which had to be totally replace after 8 years b/c of a failed power board...The short wash cycle is so much quicker...clothes are cleaner and so far I am very pleased with this new GE Washer

Doesn’t make sense??

We like our new washer. It has options that make sense. On auto sensor the water barely covers the clothes and during rinse the tub doesn’t fill, it just sprays a little bit of water as it spins. Is this effective?? Does this get all the soap rinsed??
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We'd like to assist you with your washer. The Department of Energy (DOE) sets standards for washer water usage. Over the years, the amount of allowable water usage has been reduced. With washers using less water and energy, you will no longer see a wash basket full of water. Most are now programmed with load sensing to adjust water levels based on the cycle and load size, so the amount of water used will vary.
This unit offers a deep fill option, which adds additional water to the wash load, regardless of whether you used a manual or a load-sensing fill.
