I really like this machine. Little loud when washer is running, but that’s not a real problem to me! The results are the thing. Plenty of cycles to choose from, plus you can create your own cycle.

I've had this for about a year. I love the preset cycles but also the customization for the perfect wash every time. The balancing feature is great so I don't have to open and rebalance myself the majority of the time (comforters get off balance often but that's to be expected). It doesn't waste time or water that's not needed. This washer is perfect for my family's needs.

Regret Buying GE product

I'm starting to have issues. My washer water levels are off. Some cycles when I select deep fill or max load it doesn't fill all the way. I've had the washer for year.

We recommend fully resetting your washer by disconnecting power from the unit for 2 - 3 minutes and reconnecting power and reselecting the DeepFill option. If this reset does not revert the unit back to normal operating function, this will require service by a qualified technician.
