Regret Buying GE product

I'm starting to have issues. My washer water levels are off. Some cycles when I select deep fill or max load it doesn't fill all the way. I've had the washer for year.

We recommend fully resetting your washer by disconnecting power from the unit for 2 - 3 minutes and reconnecting power and reselecting the DeepFill option. If this reset does not revert the unit back to normal operating function, this will require service by a qualified technician. You can schedule an appointment with a GE Appliances technician by calling 1-800-432-2737 or schedule online at https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm

It's great to see that your clothes are getting clean and this washer is working well for you. If you have not tried the My Settings yet were recommend it, make laundry simpler by saving your favorite wash settings as a preset for future use with the My Cycle setting. So far so good! One load done washing machine performed great - noise level not bad at all. Load is now in dryer. Love you can open lid to add clothes if necessary.

This is a good washer. The auto mode weighs and adds just the right amount of water to conserve . Very easy to use dials and buttons on the board.

Love the glass top!

I love the glass top! I like the control choices. The spin is ridiculously fast, sometimes I choose the delicate cycle for a slightly slower spin.
