Great Washer!

I needed a new washer and went with this one because it had an agitator and it wasn't too big for my small laundry room. The tub is 4.5 cu ft.and is larger than I expected which made it even better. I am able to wash large comforters with ease and the washer handles it with no problem! There are numerous settings for multiple ways on how to wash your items. The glass lid allows me to check the water level without having to open it. The water level settings are different than my old washer since the tub is much bigger. It took me a couple of washes to see which water level setting was right for the amount of clothes in the washer. You can set the water level to auto fill or to the desired level if you need more, allowing your clothes to be fully covered by water. There are many more features that I haven't used yet, but as of now, I am totally satisfied with my purchase!

I have had this washer for over 2 months and could not be happier! I love having an agitator back after 10 years. It cleans so much better, leaving no visual soap residue on my dark clothing.

I love our new washer!!! It replaces an old, basic model that had gone long beyond its prime. Our new machine runs well and has some additional features, including auto fill, that are great. I like the glass top.

Working well. Like that you can see the remaining time But So far not able to read Message that comes up. Goes too fast and only 2 letters at a time and can’t find it in the manual

Auto Water Level control does not work and dust continues to flow out of dryer

We want to help out with the water control and dust not being vented. We suggest checking to make sure that the vent hose is connected securely and doesn't have any holes. For the water level control, we suggest trying a quick electronic reset, which can be done by removing the power cord for 30 seconds and then plugging it back in.
