I love this washer, it does exactly what you program it to do. Love that I can choose the water level and all the settings are manual.

I love that I can change the water level and that you can make it as specialized or as simple a wash as you wish. For example, I can just choose towels and press start or I can choose everything from water level, temp, spin, and wash length. I also love that I can see through the lid (its like a little confirmation that I got the water level correct). I wish it was a tad bit quieter but my last washer was loud to so its not a deal breaker for me. I honestly wish I would have bought the dryer too.
