After reading the manual to understand the functions of each settings, I've come to appreciate this brand. The only detractor I have which is a huge matter is the restricting water pressure which adds to the overall time . I see no point restricting water flow . I purchased this model for the deep fill feature. Also , the auto water level sensor, I feel is misrepresenting when is should be renamed to a setting that is below the lowest setting. It does not match the level of clothes placed in the machine. This. I find not to be effective and creates an undo stress to the motor to the agitator and shortens the life of my machine not to mention not cleaning my clothes
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very good washer, but it gets easily unbalanced, especially with sheets. So, you must be careful to equally distribute the clothing when you load it, or else it will shut down.

I really like this washer. It has all the necessary settings that I need. It spins the clothes very well. It seems to be well made. I like all the touch settings instead of using knob. It is a good value.

Change Electrical plug
on July 15, 2024

My laundry room was wired with a recessed duplex plug behind the washer/dryer. The 90 degree electrical plug on the washer will not allow the washer and dryer to plug into the same outlet. The entire recessed plug had to be removed and replaced with a standard plug. The dryer has a standard plug, simplify your appliance cord inventory and put standard plugs on both units.

I love my new washing machine! I love that it senses the water level and also has a very deep tub for blankets. In addition to that it really really cleans my clothes. I didn’t realize my clothes were not getting totally clean until now.

Clothes remain soaking wet

I really wanted to like this washer. It is attractive and the features are good. However, 2 weeks after we got it, we started having trouble with it leaving clothes soaking wet. Troubleshooting said it was a balancing issue, but no matter how few clothes we put in and spread them around over 2 weeks, it kept happening, and then we were gone for 2 weeks on vacation. The first load when we got back, it starting making a clicking sound and when I opened the lid it smelled like burning wires. We have a service call to check it out on Friday so we will see. We should've sent it back as soon as we started having trouble.
