Works well

GE supplies this washer as a replacement under warranty for a slightly lower model that had numerous issues. This works great, has multiple options to choose from and some amount of flexibility to customize your settings. The two things I do not appreciate are the locking lid, which can sometimes take a very long time to unlock when you need it to, and the spraying out of two shots of water every time the lid is opened. Seems counterproductive at times.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good but not great.

My wife likes it but doesn't love it. Pros: water fill level control; delayed start feature. Cons: machine is loud; doesn't spin water out of clothes as much as previous washer did; sometimes ties sheets into knots, causing unbalanced loads.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just installed the new matching GE washer and dryer. Finished the 1st 2 loads and very pleased with both products. I'm looking forward to hopefully many years service.

The Agitator Eats Towels

Really do not like the agitator. It is very hard on my clothes, especially towels for some reason. It’s ruined several tablecloths too. I would definitely not buy this type of washer again.

The only thing I wish it to do is auto set the temperature cycle. I have to set it every time I put a load in.
