Loads of cycle options

Love all the cycle and water level options. Cleans clothes really well, too. Cons: It's pretty loud and I have to remove the detergent tray to drain the water that sits in there after each wash.

My new GE washer

I like everything about it. Especially that it doesn't have lots of bells and whistles that I'd never use. At the end of the full cycle, my clothes are far dryer than they used to be in my old washer. Thus, requiring significantly shortened time in the dryer itself.
The one concern I initially had was the noise the washer makes when starting its agitation cycle. At first that alarmed me as I thought there was some malfunction. But, now that I've been told that the noise is "normal", I'm no longer concerned.

The washer seems to be what I expected so far. However, I did not expect to find water droplets in the "Softener" or "Detergent" reservoirs. When I removed the drain cap about a quart of water leaked onto the the floor. The folks at the factory deserve 1-star for their lack of quality. Another issue is that two previous washers had no problem with the drain set up but this washer apparently discharges water at a faster rate causing the drain to overflow. I used a snake to make sure the pipes were clean (also, less than 2 years old after a remodel) but it still overflows. I will contact a licensed plumber to find a solution.

Love this washer! Finally a washer that really agitated the clothes reallly well. Clothes are so much cleaner.
Also love that I can set water level. Last washer some of the clothes were not even wet. Wash cycle is a little noisy
