Absolutely love it. You can soak clothes, is my main reason I purchased a top loader. Load sizes or auto.

I like the washer washing regular clothes, but when I put my comforter in the washer the washer moved, I was scared it was gonna hit my wall. So I’m scared to put bulky items in the washer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Water Fill Feature is a winner with me.

Looks like a great fit for us. It was the correct dimensions for our space. Struggling a little with the amount of choices on the dial. Love the water fill selector. My last washer was a bear to use. Had to lug buckets of water to attain the correct level of water to get my laundry clean. This water fill choice makes that a no issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great wash, loud cycles

It’s been quite nice in terms of thoroughly washing my clothes. I haven’t had issues with not enough water like other newer washers and I haven’t had to adjust the water level beyond the auto fill. It’s got a big bin that’ll fit larger blankets. I’d say the one downside is that it is quite loud. Not sure if that’s because of the glass top and less insulation but it’s the loudest washer I’ve ever had. If you can get beyond that, then it’s a great appliance.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A great top loading agitator machine! This is it!

Had this washing machine for two full days and kept it busy washing everything we could find! That includes a large load of cotton clothing including blue jeans, small load of old towels and dirty cleaning rags, a large load of two heavy sets of bath towels, another large load of a queen mattress pad, and another large load of a set of king size bed sheets plus an additional king size sheet and pillowcases. The mattress pad and sheets had bloodstains from recent surgery and these washed out perfectly using cold water and an oxygen bleach added to the bleach dispenser.
We love the auto sensing feature and for normal loads of clothes this is probably what we'll use most often. We tried the Eco Cold wash temperature setting for the stained bedding and that worked well.
We've experimented with choosing our own variations of the preprogrammed settings as well as using the Auto sensing feature. Everything has worked flawlessly! Very, very pleased.
Yes, this machine makes noises like you've never heard from a washing maching, if your old machine was 25 years old like ours! But it seems to be getting our clothes cleaner, they feel softer without any softner, and also they come out of the tub with fewer wrinkles and yet drier than with our old machine. Excellent!
Also love being able to see what's happening through the glass window. And appreciate that unlike some modern washers, with this one you can pause functions and open the lid to add more clothes, redistribute a load, etc., and then it will resume where the cycle left off. (Some machines we read about would have to restart from the beginning if you opened the lid and disturbed a cycle, which seems absolutely ridiculous! But not this one!)
It also comes with a printed manual in easy to understand English and a more complete one is easily available to download from GE. We do recommend that you read the manual first.
Our delivery crew was great, set-up was straight-forward and simple. It is about 3" taller than our old machine, but not a problem for us. We are 5'7" and 5'11" tall and can easily reach to the bottom of the capacious tub. It's a very nice looking machine, too.
We are very happy with our choice! Such a sensible, easy to use and well-thought out washing machine! And easy to override the standard 'auto' settings so you can add more water, change water temperatures, add more spin, etc., plus it accomodates washing all kinds of garments, bedding, bulky items, and even waterproof items! Maybe we'll finally wash our two-man nylon tent and fiberfill sleeping bags!
