Don't like this washer.

I'm so confused with this washer! I can only get ice cold water in the normal cycle. I washed my husbands t shirts in the casual cycle and I could smell the deodorant after the wash. My towels aren't cleaned, the water level was so low it ripped one towel. The towels are faded now from new detergents.I miss the basic timed cycles, a few water levels, a few temp adjustments. These new washers are nuts! Laundry was never hard to do.! I must say washer is well built and sturdy. It wrings out very well. Good luck figuring out how to use it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good Machine

I like the machine. I lost my other GE washer after 20 years of service. I definitely wanted another GE. The washer is louder than my other, but it works well, and I like watching it work through the glass lid. I also really like the many wash cycles, temperatures, and choosing the water level. Have only had it for one month, but so far, so good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far so good. I do like this washer it is has a big drum and the fact you can adjust the water level really is great. I just had a get rid of a fairly new name brand washer the tranny went well that machine gave you only two options, Auto or full.
This washer gives you a good choice in all of its option.

Washing machine is very noisy when running Wish I would have known this before purchasing. Glad it is out in the garage.

Awesome washer. We replaced our 12 year old Samsung with this GE. We have two teenage boys and so we wash daily. Needed a reliable brand and this has checked all the boxes.
