I like the glass viewing window on top. Also, I'm very pleased with the agitator and the drum that turns. The combination agitator, moving drum ensure good sloshing action of the clothes in the water. The turning drum makes it easier to dig clothes out upon completion. Water levels are reasonable, considering ridiculous EPA regulations. So far, I haven't had to wash anything twice, but I haven't done any really large loads yet. Due to the good sloshing action, so far I'm pretty happy with adequacy of water volume.

Worst machine I ever owned

If I could give it zero stars I would. This is absolutely the worst machine I have ever ever ever owned, literally want to take a sledge hammer to the darn thing, it never works takes forever to just get it to do a halfway done job and I honestly wish I never bought it. Literally cancels every darn load not exaggerating so the amount of detergent and softener I go through is ridiculous. Like I am going to the laundry mat when I have a brand new washing machine in my house and it's ridiculous so I advise you to buy any other brand besides this one and definitely don't even look at this model it sucks bad.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Too early to really say, so far pretty happy

This is really too early to ask about this washer. I've noticed a few things though: 1) there's a rubbing noise from the agitator - this may be normal; 2) when the drum comes to a stop, it bangs (slightly) against the machine's walls (I heard this once when standing next to it waiting for it to stop; so, I don't know if it's happening every wash.); and 3) it seems the clothing at the bottom of the drum comes out slightly damper than the clothing at the top.
I would recommend this to a friend!
