I love my washer, I’m a person who doesn’t like change and I was really upset when my old washer wasn’t repairable. I researched washers and found that this one was the only one that you could truely choose your water level. I purchased it am I love it. I truly recommend this washer, it does a amazing job

I'm learning to love it. The first few loads were challenging but I think I've gotten it down. I like that you can add as much water as you need and can add an extra rinse. The noises were interesting, but went on line and listened to normal sounds and they sound the same. I wish it had a perma press cycle but it doesn't, so I had to make my own. I highly recommend the agitator to keep the clothes turning.

Good washer weird settings

Overall really great washer and it does its job. Some of the settings are in weird or hard to find places. Like the soak is kinda hard to find and I still haven't figured out how to just do a rinse and spin. It also won't let you change any settings if you select a preset which is a little weird to me.

The auto feature does not work well. I have to always adjust water level and spin cycle.

You may notice that the water level is lower than on your previous washer. This is normal and you can always manually select the levels. Again, we appreciate you sharing this.
