[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE the MAX spin option - my clothes are almost dry when they come out of the washer!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the latest technology offered by this product specifically the Ultra Fresh Vent System. The washer always smells fresh after you used and don't smell stinky.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After finally ditching our old washer, we’re extremely happy with our new GE washing machine. The biggest difference is how quiet it is compared to our old one. Now we don’t even think twice about throwing in a load of laundry before bed. Clothes stay overnight still smelling fresh and clean!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Apparently the electronics are faulty. Machine won’t turn off but cylyes on and off have to unplug it it get it to stop. Have tried all the suggestions to “fix it”. None work. What a mess

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a 4-year-old Maytag top loader that I liked but found too loud for my first-floor laundry room. After more than 20 years with front loaders, I had switched to a top loader because newer front loaders seemed to use less water. While I value efficiency, I believe clothes need enough water to get truly clean.
After researching, I chose this GE model and I’m very happy with it. The “More Water” option is excellent—it boosts water levels in both the wash and rinse cycles, making it feel similar to my favorite mid-’90s front loader. Even without that setting, the regular cycles use a reasonable amount of water.
It’s noticeably quieter than my old top loader. The design is simple—no unnecessary extras—but it covers the essentials: adjustable water temperature, soil levels, and spin speeds. One thing to note: there are no cycle status lights.
I also like the WiFi feature for cycle-complete notifications, since the machine’s built-in signal is just a soft chime. The Ultra Fresh Vent option can be turned on after a cycle to help keep the washer fresh, but it does not run automatically. I often just leave the door cracked and wipe the glass and gasket instead.
One area that could use clarification is the rinse water temperature. GE documentation and answers vary—some say the rinse uses the same temperature as the wash cycle, while others say it always uses cold. From what I can tell, my washer seems to match the wash temperature, and my hoses are connected correctly. It would be helpful if GE provided a consistent answer.
Overall, this is a quiet, efficient, and thoughtfully designed front loader with enough flexibility to get clothes really clean.
