[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got it today. Have already ran 3 loads and connected it to my wifi. So far so good. I love it! It's taking me a minute to get used to a front loader, but I'm sure everything will be just fine.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Large capacity washer that is easy to use. I appreciate its quiet operation and its efficiency. I also like that I can monitor the cycles with the SmartHQ app.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the mold resistant collar! Easily washed comforter so capacity is large. Selections are easy to use and has there are efficient cycles as an option. Performs well. Selection buttons are very sensitive so if you brush your hand near them or lean over the washer that setting is selected or the machine is turned on. Even with Ultra Fresh setting there seems to be moisture on door and in washer so probably good idea to let air dry with door open. These are minor issues. We are pleased with this washer!
Capacity is great. Efficiency appears to be great. Performance is great. A little concerned about the multiple times the washer adds water to the wash and rinse, shutting down so quickly as to repeatedly cause a water jack-hammer on the water lines and hoses. Most concerned about such causing a hose failure and the resulting flood. We've made it a rule in our house that someone is always near the washer room when ever we're doing a wash. We would also like some information about securing an extended warranty ?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the machine so far used for real heavy load darks, medium load whites, washed large comforter with no issue's, still not used to operating dryer vent yet but everything good.
Have had for approx 1 month now. Overall, (1) I find the washer to be rather loud; (2) I don't like that although the UltraFresh Vent cycle says it's a 10-minute cycle, it doesn't always shut off after the 10 minutes; and (3) you cannot leave the door open to help dry out the drum and gasket.

We'd like to assist with the sound level and go over the cycle.
For the sound level, we recommend checking to see if the washer is completely level to the ground. This greatly reduces vibrations and prevents the spin cycle from getting out of balance. The legs are located on the bottom of the unit and can be adjusted by rotating them. You can actually leave the door open to help with removing moisture and it is something we recommend. Both options are available on this model, you can also use the "UltraFresh Vent" system together with leaving the door open at the end to ensure maximum drying. You can find details on page 11 in the user manual below. The length of the cycle for the "UltraFresh Vent" can depend on the moisture level detected by the sensor. https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--7SJ2Cn5O--/c7cd23acabd0dde381486804fd70bf93a72f5b8b.pdf
