Don’t waste your money

Don’t waste your money this is my second ge washer and I’ve only had this one for 2 months and it’s already gone out I’m not dealing with this company anymore I’m going back to Maytag

Horrible Washing Machine

This is the worst machine I’ve ever had! After 1 year and 5 months it stopped working and doesn’t drain.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We'd like to assist with this issue you're having with the washer not draining. For an issue with draining, we recommend making sure the pump filter isn't clogged. Everything went according to plan until, the door of the washer was to be changed to open from left to right, and the installer could not do it due to the door wiring harness was only on the right side of the door and none was on the left. This is making it harder to load and unload.
I would recommend this to a friend!
