Great technology

I just had the washer delivered 3 hrs ago. Excited to see how the venting system works. So quiet I'm not sure it's on. Easy to program. So far so good.

Door not reversible, but seems like a good washer

Does a good job cleaning clothes. The vent feature is nice, it spins the drum in an attempt to circulate the air while not in use. Despite using it after every load, there is still a mildly musty smell. The door is not reversible which is a big downside.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This washer is just what we were looking for. We especially like the venting technology which allows the tub to thoroughly dry between washings. We're looking forward to many years of trouble free service!

No Cold Water Rinse

Washer great. However, unable to program a COLD water rinse. Even when using the delicate cycle. UNABLE TO GET A COLD WATER RINSE!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend checking to ensure that the cold water connection is completely secure. Also, it can be important to know that cold water can only be selected on specific cycles. This washer has been great so far, I've done about 5 loads of washing. The laundry comes out almost dry compared to out last washer which helps in drying time. I tend to forget about laundry when its done as im a mother, so the app connectivity is amazing in letting me know how much time is left and also when its done. If the laundry is done and hasn't been touched after 5mins it sends a notification to my phone. Overall no complaints within the first week of use, great washer.
