7 months old and it's already dead!

We bought this dryer 7 months ago and it does NOT dry clothes. It will only heat up at all on the LOW setting and then it takes bout 4.5 hours to dry an average load of towels.

We have used the dryer for several weeks and find it very effective. Needed a couple of parts after the door was reversed and got instant great service from the parts guy (Scott or perhaps it was Roger?). So far so good!

Have only used a few times but so far am very pleased. Large drum does good job of rotating clothes and they seem to come out softer and less wrinkled than I am used to. Controls easy to navigate.
I would recommend this to a friend!
