Faulty sensor Faulty drier

Biggest complaint is that the drier doesn't dry the clothes. Drier turns off early because the sensor says it's done, but clothes are still very much wet. I restart drier, again it turns off in a minute because it thinks the clothes are dry, however, they are wet. This goes on several times each time I use the drier. Clothes are still wrinkled. Clothes come out of drier regularly wrinkled. When I try to dry something large like a comforter, it just balls it up and the middle doesn't dry. Also, the drier is much louder than my previous model. This drier sounds like a microwave oven. I don't like this drier and neither does my wife. We dislike it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really like this dryer! My only complaint is that it doesn’t dry all the way! I usually have to do a couple of cycles or switch it to times dry. Other than that it’s quiet and has some good drying options! Plus it looks great with the washer!
