Works great otherwise

The legs aren’t even so it’s not completely stable. Sometimes have to dry clothes twice (it’s brand new never used so I shouldn’t have that issue)

So far so good, only have couple times did dry clothes well, not sure why I always turn on as a normal dry fucation , I turned on again it dried , that’s why only give it 4 stars

Loud metallic noise

Really loud rhythmic noise. It sounds like an out of place hall bearing or a loose piece of metal. Started the first time I used it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pros: The look of the washer and the ease, and understanding how to use it
Cons: The factory settings for each of the dryer clothes options is not enough time to dry the loads fully so you resort to using the custom option which defeats the purpose of the dryer clothes options

Venting issues can be a factor in your dryer not properly drying your items. We recommend viewing some things to check for with venting issues at the link below. If you have checked these things and are still experiencing poor drying, service may be needed.
