We purchased the Dryer on Black Friday and Already the heating element is not working it takes all day to dry clothes I now have to reach out in less than 90 days for someone to take a look at it. I will never buy another GE washer dryer combo

We understand your concern. If you have not already done so, we recommend disconnecting the power to your dryer at your breaker or fuse box for 2-3 minutes to reset the electronics. If the issue persists once the power is restored, we recommend service. We encourage you to take advantage of your warranty and call Bodewell Service at 833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) to schedule an appointment to have your dryer evaluated and repaired as needed.

Highly recommended GE dryer

This dryer is simply awesome. Drys very quick and efficiently. Time shows up digitally. Has quick dry, delicate, mixed load, towels, bulky etc. Or you can set your own time as it has a timed dry feature.
You won't be disappointed with this dryer.

Running well . Just installed. Easy to install. Easy to run. Big lint trap compared to our old dryer.

We picked this washer after doing a lot of research online. Now that we have it, I'm finding it annoying to manage settings. There are some sensor settings and some traditional settings from which you can choose options such as time, heat, dryness, and temperature. If you use a sensor setting, then some of those options aren't available, which would be okay if they let you know which selections are sensored! So now we're going through every single setting to determine which options we have and hopefully figure it out from there. I guess after that, we can determine which loads need which settings. Currently, when we use sensor settings, we have no idea if the clothes will be dry or not when finished. Sometimes they are and other times they're wet or damp. What is the point of a sensor, if it doesn't continue until it senses dryness? Also, why doesn't GE let you know in the directions which settings have a sensor and what you can opt in and out of in that setting? This seems more complicated than it needs to be.

We want to help out with some of the settings and cycle selections. We recommend checking out pages 7 through 8 in the user manual for descriptions of the cycles and settings: https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--twdH2OD5--/80509adbcc4074029478592026bc8b47388dd5a6.pdf?

Also, we are going to pass your comments about the controls over to our product team. That way we can look for potential improvements for our models going forward.
