Will never buy again

I purchased the matching set. Dryer never dryes on the first try no matter what setting. Takes 3 cycles most times. Vents right out the back to outside 2 ft of duct. Washer has had a terrible smell form day one. Even on High spin still much wetter than my old Samsung. I have owned these 29 days as of this post. I will start the process of calling the repair tech as often as needed until its corrected

So far the dryer works great. There are some instances where i will have to run the drying cycle more than once but other than that is was an easy install and works great. Very quiet and easy to clean lint tray.
