We had Whirlpool washer and dryer we bought back in 2007 and the washer finally gave up. decided on new GE units and we would love for them to make that same lifespan. Very nice units so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is one of the best dryers I have ever purchased! It drys very well, it is quiet, the capacity is amazing. It has plenty of cycles to decide what you want.

Great dryer!

So far so good! We have had this dryer for 8 months and we've had zero issues. Ours is a 7.4 cubic feet capacity, we are a family of 5 and that's plenty big enough for our large loads of clothes! I love that there's also a no heat drying option on top of many other cycle options. Its not extremely loud either. This and our new GE washing machine should help our power bill be lower!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sensor either doesn’t work or doesn’t sense that great, after 55min drying it’s still humid and needs a second drying session. If I adjust the settings to high or in bedding it dries but not regular setting
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We'd like to assist with your dryer's drying performance. This model has the EcoDry feature, and the cycle you select will default to this dry option. EcoDry is designed to reduce the total energy consumption of your selected sensor cycle, which means your clothes, towels, etc. may still be slightly damp when the cycle is finished. You can unselect EcoDry and select a different dryness level. Additionally, it's important that the dryer is level to ensure clothes are tumbling properly and making contact with the moisture sensors located in the lower, front of the dryer. You can find additional troubleshooting to improve the drying performance here: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=18058.
If the issue continues, we recommend scheduling an appointment with our Bodewell Service Team by calling 1-833-426-3393 or online here: https://www.bodewell.com/schedule-repair-service.
