Doesn't dry clothes in one cycle

Takes too long to dry clothes. I have to run the dryer through two cycles.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a great dryer - easy to use and really dries clothes - fast, efficiently and the clothes come out so soft, dry and wrinkle free - only done 3 loads so far but I love it and am so glad I bought it

The dryer has a large capacity, is quiet, and dries clothes fully. If you read the manual and follow the processes that's recommended everything works just fine.
