Good product but ducting was a problem

Dryer performs fine but the exhaust duct connection was larger than 4", and I was unable to connect a rigid fitting to it. I had to use flexible ducting, not the preferred way to do it

Have only used a few times but so far am very pleased. Large drum does good job of rotating clothes and they seem to come out softer and less wrinkled than I am used to. Controls easy to navigate.
