We’re glad you’ve been loving the dryer, and we’d like to help get it working again for you! If the dryer doesn’t seem to have power at all, we recommend disconnecting it from power for a couple of minutes before reconnecting; this resets it. If the unit has power but isn’t drying your clothes, we recommend checking the ducting to ensure it’s free of kinks and unobstructed.

Excellent performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer does perform well but it is loud and the door could be bigger. Have only had it a few weeks and scratched our arms on the lint trap multiple times pulling clothes in and out.
