Apprehensive at first….Very happy with my choice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was apprehensive at first about this washing machine because of how bad I sweat, my last washing machine would not get my clothes clean and left them smelling musty after I would start sweating. I have been using this machine for about a month and absolutely love it. The max fill function is awesome and Fills the tub up significantly more than my last machine. This one also has the agitator which I will never go without again. My clothes have been cleaner and no longer smell like mildew when I sweat in them. As far as the dryer goes, that thing functions amazing! My last dryer would take an hour and a half to dry the same size load that this one will do in 30 minutes. My only concern is the construction, it feels a little cheap but all in all very happy!

Hello GE Dryer, bye bye S*msung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer is replacing a three year old Samsung dryer that failed and the parts to repair were more expensive than buying a new dryer. I found this model dryer highly rated and recommended. My complaint with the dryer is that the noise level while operating is excessive, as I believe that the glass door of this product helps transmits the noise from inside vs a solid metal door. The glass door looks nice and this visible feature influenced my final decision between all the other GE models. I've only had this in use for 3 days and it's definitely much louder than my Samsung model was.... I actually looked at swapped this GE dryer for one with a solid metal door but unfortunately if I did that, I'd be losing the moisture sensor feature. I've absolutely have no complaints on the product but the noise level is my biggest disappointment
I would recommend this to a friend!

We'd like to assist with the sound level of you new washer. It’s extremely important that the washer is properly leveled and all 4 leveling legs are firmly on an even floor space. This will help to ensure a quieter operation. Additionally, it’s important that the tub is loaded evenly, with the weight of the load equally distributed. Unbalanced loads can cause increased vibration, and therefore, cause the washer to move and/or be louder than normal.
