I have definitely owned better dryers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a little loud for a brand new dryer.And it doesn't seem to dry the clothes on the first cycle. They have to run them again, to get the clothes fully dry. You also have to slam the door to get it to latch every time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

For the poor drying performance, we suggest checking the ductwork for any blockage or obstructions. You will also want to check and ensure the outside wall cap or damper is operating easily. We also recommend checking to ensure that your dryer is completely level to the ground. This also helps with the overall performance and helps reduce sounds from out of balance conditions.
