Not a bad unit but the noise level is annoying. I have it in a laundry room with a closed doors and still here it in my living room. The LG I had was very quite but I also paid alot more for it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We recommend moving the dryer to an even floor space, or adjust the leveling legs as necessary until even. Terrible drying

This dryer is terrible. No matter how I set it, anything heavier than sheets takes at least 2 cycles. It is less than a year old

We'd like to assist with the drying performance of your dryer by offering some helpful tips.
Try not to mix heavy, hard-to-dry items with lightweight items, as this can cause drying difficulty. Remove and clean the lint filter each time it is used. The filter can be washed with warm soapy water to remove fabric softener residue from the screen. Also, using the proper venting material and making sure the vent ductwork is the proper length is very important to the operation of a dryer. For more information on this and further troubleshooting, refer here:

If the unit still won't dry properly, please schedule a service appointment with a Bodewell technician by calling 833-426-3393 or schedule online at https://www.bodewell.com/schedule-repair-service
