It can dry big loads, it’s quiet, the clothes are always thoroughly dry & it has a lot of different cycles to choose from. It also looks really nice with the matching washer in my laundry room. The gray is so pretty. I would recommend this dryer.

Clothes do not dry by the completion of a regular

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dryer DOES NOT DRY. Various settings leave clothes damp or just plain wet. On both Normal and Delicates, clothes are wet when dryer signals complete. First noticed when set to “Eco Dry,” clothes are also wet when set on “Dry.”
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry that your dryer is not drying as expected. Drying performance will vary based on multiple factors such as the size of the load, the type of fabric (cottons hold more water than synthetics), the wetness of the clothes and the condition of your exhaust ventilation. Using the proper venting material and making sure the vent ductwork is the proper length is very important to the operation of a dryer. We recommend the use of a solid metal vent pipe 4" in diameter for adequate operation. 4" diameter flexible metal venting may be used but will increase the drying time. We don't recommend the use of flexible, white, plastic vent pipe. This type of vent pipe can collapse and restrict the airflow, causing lint to build up inside the dryer. We also advise removing and cleaning the lint filter each time it is used. The filter can be washed with warm soapy water to remove fabric softener residue from the screen. A squeaking sound is also normal when the dryer first starts. This start-up squeak should go away after the first few seconds of operation.
