Love the versatility of this washer. I feel like I have more options and control of the cycle because of the settings and ability to choose the aspects of the cycle itself. The capacity is large and can handle king sized blankets. When we were upgrading was really looking for something with a soak option and this one provides this. Super pleased with this washer.

Noisy and takes a few time to dry

Clothes need to be dried many times to actually dry them. It's makes a weird noise that seems normal for this product. Annoying and not as good as expected
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

There are a few possible causes when it comes to the unit taking a while to dry loads, such as improper sorting, the lint filter being full, or even large loads of heavy fabrics. We recommend referring to the troubleshooting section on page 12 of the owner's manual for guidance. Here is the link:
