Doesn't get everything dry in one cycle. Have to go through the load to take out what's still wet or damp and put back through.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst dryer ever

This is the worst dryer I've ever had. It takes two 90 minute cycles on high to dry one load of towels (for two people). I wish I could return it!
