Loud metallic noise

Really loud rhythmic noise. It sounds like an out of place hall bearing or a loose piece of metal. Started the first time I used it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If you find the noises aren't considered normal, we suggest getting one of our technicians out. So far so good, only have couple times did dry clothes well, not sure why I always turn on as a normal dry fucation , I turned on again it dried , that’s why only give it 4 stars
I haven't used all the features yet, therefore, the 4 stars and not 5. But I love it so far. It dries thoroughly and in a decent amount of time. Controls are easy to learn and use. The features have all that I need and more. It's relatively quiet.
It does not dry well. It takes 3 cycles to dry clothes!

Two starts because control panel is easy to use but it takes three or more hours to dry a regular load of clothes, who has time and money for that!

Dryer times do vary based on multiple factors. We have provided some of the factors at the link below. The load's moisture content (which is defined by the washer spin speed and the type of load), combined with the load size, the temperature selection and the house venting conditions determine the dryer cycle time. There is not a standard dry time unless you use a Timed Dry cycle.
