I've had this dishwasher for about a month now, and there was an awful smell coming from it, and it's still there. I don't think that I would buy this dishwasher again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the ability to adjust the height of the center rack. Cleans well. No option for drying, but by using auto air along with sanitize, they dry quickly after the cycle ends.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love my new Bosch 500

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd Bosch lasting 19 years. I just purchased the same 500 model and installed 1-28-2006. It is amazing how super quiet it runs. My 1st was quiet but this new one is frankly, a whisper sound!

Quiet and Thorough

My favorite brand of dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bosch dishwashers have consistently outperformed any other brand that I have owned. They are quiet, do an exceptional job of cleaning, are easy to install, and have been trouble free. I do wish that the bottom rack was laid out differently. The plate stands that point towards the door are at too small of an angle. This prevents pots and larger items that can’t fit on the top rack from sitting flat. Also, the silverware cage is very small, but this isn’t that big of a deal since knives can be washed in the very top rack.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not Designed for Quartz Countertops

Access to buttons ontop of lid are difficult to access because the appliance must be recessed from the front of the countertop.
