Super Quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a purchase for new home construction. I love the panel ready look to match our cabinetry. The dishwasher is so quiet, and it gets our dishes so clean with help from our soft water. I like the triple spray nozzles in the bottom, and the extra rack up top.

Super quiet, great features

Still defective after 4 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for our newly constructed home. Customer service really now responsive. Finally got a technician to address the problem that it just wasn’t cleaning well. Apparently, there was a defective pump installed. We are told it may arrive in two months. In the mean time, we have to clean everything before it goes in the dishwasher just to have a chance that it comes out clean. Suffice, not a happy camper.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have been more than happy with this dishwasher. It is so quiet that often times when it is running guests don't even realize it's in the middle of a cycle and open the door to load it! It cleans dishes without needing to pre-wash and the drying cycle is fantastic. When using the drying agent almost all our dishes come out completely dry. We have also used the top rack only feature to wash crystal and delicate glass and it works perfectly. Would highly recommend this dishwasher and the integrated panel with top buttons is just the icing on the cake.

Can’t be flush with cabinets

I’m so sorry that I bought this in the panel ready version. It sticks out about 1.5 inches from my cabinet. It’s terribly ugly and a literal sore thumb sticking out!

leaves a film on glasses

Grads, this is usually due to a water hardness level that is outside of the normal rate. Please make sure that rinse aid is being used in your unit and that you are running your faucet until hot water is present to ensure that water entering the unit is the proper temperature level.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to replace our 12-year-old KitchenAid. Only two brands would accept our custom panel, the panel ready Bosch and KitchenAid machines. We chose KitchenAid assuming that it would accept the panel more readily than the Bosch. Acceptance was not so easy however, creative installation was required. Anyway, the machine cleans the dishes quite well. The dishes only dry well if you use a drying aid. Even with a drying agent, the walls of the machine stay wet even though the dishes dry nicely. This requires us to leave the door open so the machine will dry out to avoid complications of staying Wet.
I would recommend this to a friend!
