[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have remodeled our kitchen and got all new appliances etc. Our salesperson recommended the kitchenaid dishwasher and after some research we agreed and purchased it. It has been a great buy!!! It’s unbelievable quiet, extremely functional and oh yeah does a great job washing the dishes!!!

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dishwasher (my 4th Kitchen Aid) on May 15 and it was delivered on May 22. Since that time I have experienced disappointment in the product. First of all, there is NO manual with it or on the internet explaining any features (if there are any, I don't know they exist). Second, I cannot use the Sani Rinse cycle without having a completely soaking wet dishwasher once it has been completed. It took me over 1/2 hour to dry out the dishwasher. Third, I was not informed that the dishwasher exhausts hot air out of the bottom (which NONE of my former ones did) directly onto my cherry wood floor!!! My floorman advises that this will ruin the wood. Even now, when I have used the dishwasher, there is water running out of the place where you put the detergent and some puddles on parts of the inside. Today I noticed a prong that is part of the pull-down to use for stemware has no end covering it and it is rusting!!! Can't wait to find out what else will go wrong! There is a repairman coming this week to look at it. With Covid 19, I'm not happy about having all these people coming into my home - especially the kitchen. While I know that is not part of the dishwasher, it certainly would not be necessary if I did not have any problems with it. I'm so disappointed in the product after so many years of having had Kitchen Aid dishwashers. How could this one have passed quality control.

I bought a this dishwasher just under 4 years ago ,about 4 months ago i replaced the dynamic spray arm, too much slop in the mounting it was hanging up on the lower rack.Three days ago there was a buzzing noise coming from the dishwasher. When it was finished washing the dishes the inside of the machine had food particles everywhere and all the spray nozzles were plugged .I took circulating pump out and disassembled it to find the fine mesh particle filter with a large hole in it.I expect a dishwasher to last more than 4 years .I do not recommend this product

not the best at drying dishes
