Friends and Family Favorite!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I debated about dishwashers for at least three weeks. I even polled my friends and family to get their recommendations on brands they love. The clear winner was Bosch! I'm so glad I asked because I love my new 500 Series. It's the perfect combination of features and leaves dishes reliably clean and dry. The measurements were accurate so it fit perfectly in my older kitchen, and I love the clean look. The third rack is my favorite feature for silverware and longer utensils. The red light to indicate it's running is very helpful so we don't accidentally open it while running (it's very quiet)! I couldn't be happier with my decision!

Great Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans and dries so much better than our previous dishwasher. The up-down adjustability of the middle rack is very handy and the wi-fi control is much handier than I expected. Very happy with my purchase and would absolutely recommend.

Pricey but so quiet!

Decent dishwaser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had two other Bosch dishwashers. Although this dishwasher is fine, it does not seem as durable as my previous ones. It seems more flimsy.

Quietly Unstoppable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Bosch 500 series dishwasher has worked like a charm from the very first wash. It's so quiet that you can't tell it was running unless you look for the red wash light. The dishes come out clean and sparkling...and dry the first time, even plastics. My only suggestion is that there was "clean" indicator after the end of the cycle so my family doesn't try to load dirty dishes in with the clean ones.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We purchased our dishwasher a month ago. The purchase through delivery process was smooth. I accessed the user manual online to make sure I had the right parts available for the install. We did find that the manual is very brief and offers very little "how to use" the dishwasher information. The dishwasher comes with many features and there is a web page to connect to but info. is sparse on how to best load the dishwasher, and how to select specific criteria for the wash. I would recommend that Bosch improve the manual that comes with the machine. We are happy with the sound level (44 dba), and cleaning of our dinner ware. We have not spent a lot of time with the home connnect app to select wash profiles. It's nice that we have a red light on the floor notifying us that the machine is on, and appreciate the beep when done as well as the notification we get on our phones.

Works great! Dries effectively

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No issues, quiet quiet quiet !! Cleans and dry items. Only thing I would recommend is to have more tines on the bottom to move down and allow diff bowls/dishes to fit in.
