Small silverware basket and rinse aid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely two small of a silverware basket and very hard to tell the amount of rinse aid you put in, should have a window or a better gauge of how much to put in

Almost perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously had a Bosch 300 series before moving to a different home. This 500 series is so much better! First of all, it cleans and dries so much better. I rarely see any residual food on any dish after washing and I love the air dry option which leaves my dishes drier than my previous dishwasher that used the heated and sanitized drying. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star is because the silverware basket is small. Even though there's is a third rack, it's not very practical as it's pretty shallow and can't put anything other than Flat silverware. But I'm still very happy with the purchase.

However, the interior layout leaves something to be desired. While the dishwasher’s exterior design is sleek, the internal rack configuration isn’t as functional as expected. Larger plates and odd-shaped items are tough to fit, and the adjustable tines don’t always make the best use of space. It almost feels like the designers prioritized aesthetics over usability here.
Overall, the Bosch 500 delivers on silence and style but falls short when it comes to practical loading efficiency. It’s an appliance that performs beautifully but could benefit from a more intuitive interior design.

Bosch 500 Series Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our first Bosch dishwasher many years ago and really liked it. When it finally gave out, I purchased another one. The front is the same as the first one, but the trays are not. I like the way my first one loaded so I traded out the middle and bottom trays. I love my dishwasher and look forward to many years of using it. (By the way, I am 81 years old.)
