Clean and quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer cleans great. Leaves your dishes sparkly. Glasses come out nice and dry, but plastic still is pretty wet after full cycle. The silverware rack in the bottom is tiny. It is expected most silverware goes im the very top rack

Just What I Was Looking For

So far (a month in), this dishwasher is executing the quiet, efficent, effective operation for which I was looking when I replaced my 10+ year old Bosch dishwasher. Getting the hang of the electronic touch button control panel took a minute and I still have to refer to the instructions occasionally but it is a terrific dishwasher so far. The topmost, silverware/small item shelf I am making great use of, and the adjustable height of the middle shelf has proven very valuable. At this point in the operational life of this unit, top marks from me

Appliance seems OK, customer experience lacking

Just bought new dishwasher, putting it through its paces, so far okay. Tried to register for warranty but the inputs don't match what's on the appliance. Makes me concerned for any future support needs from Bosch. Hopefully the appliance won't require me to contact Bosch as I think I'll be on my own.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Life changing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old dishwasher had to be loaded in a very specific way and still struggled to get dishes clean most of the time. It was always a toss up if we'd need to re-run the cycle. Not anymore! This Bosch has been life changing. Everything always gets clean and dry no matter how lazy I am about loading it properly. We only ever use the normal cycle too! No more running on max settings and hoping for the best. We've been so impressed by it's performance, low noise level, and efficiency. Would 100% purchase another Bosch in the future.

Love my new kitchen "toy"!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having to wash 90% of my dishes AFTER they came out of the dishwasher on our old one, I am LOVING the clean and sparkly way our dishes come out of our Bosch. It is saving me so much time. I highly recommend this dishwasher!!

BOSCH 500 Series Dishwasher

Our prior dishwasher stopped working just before Thanksgiving , we had talked about getting a new one anyways becuase it was so loud . We have a open concept floor plan and you could barely hear a conversation or TV becuse it was so loud . We took advantage of the Black Friday deal and couldn't wait to have it put in . It is SO quiet we don't even realize it's running . Dishes come out clean, I love the 3rd rack for silverware and other items . Racks hold lots of dishware .cups ,glasswear etc. We use the Speed 60 setting , it's perfect. Door opens when dry . My huband downloaded the Quickstart app and was alerted on his phone that the Jetdry level was low. That surprised us. We don't actually use the app to start it, just the settings on dishwasher itself . Great product , very happy with purchase .
