The build quality is unmatched and every good thing I read has turned out to be true.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved to a new home. I needed a new dishwasher there. Our previous dishwasher was a Bosch dishwasher that lasted for 10 years before we had to leave it behind when we moved, so it was a no-brainer for us sticking with Bosch again and upgrading to a newer model. The only question was which Bosch model to choose. From the first cycle, I knew the 500 Series model was the correct choice. It is literally quiet as a whisper, and it left our dishes cleaner, then we had ever experienced before.

Sensors identified a plumbing problem!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shortly after installing our new dishwasher, the app notified us that there was an issue pumping water out of the dishwasher. Turns out there was a clog in the pipe that the dishwasher drained into, which we never would have known without the Smart features of this dishwasher!
While I initially felt some things were 'over-engineered' I have ended up enjoying and using many of the feautres- like the adjustable rack to change from bowls to plates on the bottom and adjustable height of the middle rack. Making good use of the top rack for silverware and small bowls. Also love the auto air to open the DW after completing the cycle.

Overall good dishwasher, buttons awkward

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second Bosch dishwasher and overall it's a great appliance. I do however find configuring and operating the dishwasher with the top of the door touch buttons very awkward and not intuitive even as someone who is very technologically inclined. The experience from the app on the other hand is very easy and fairly straightforward.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our last Bosch dishwasher lasted for over 20 years, so we knew we were going to buy another Bosch. We are not disappointed, we love it! It's quiet, the dishes are clean and the door opens automatically when it's done. What more could we ask for.
