Great mixer! Makes life so much easier & less mess! However, I so wish they would offer the option of purchasing a 2nd bowl. That being said, it's still a marvelous addition to my sourdough baking!

A top notch bakers tool!

I've started recently to study to pass the CAP boulanger in France after making home bread for around 10 years and I had been using the Kitchen Aid. I realised that it wasn't that good to work the dough up until the quantities for the CAP studies demanded quality and precision. KitchenAid was failing big time for the quality I was looking for. I guess it works to make some other things. Once I started using the Ooni Halo, from the 1st time I was astonished and amazed by the way it develops the gluten without overheating the dough, keeping a good base temperature. Every time I use it I keep on saying: Best investment ever if you love making bread or pizza.

It's love, yes I love this machine. It makes a dough that impresses, and takes your baking up a notch. . . or two. I had a Kitchen Aide before for 20+ years, now they sit side by side on my counter. Worth every penny. ❤️

This is a dream to use, its poetry in motion as it works. Its remarkably quiet (compared to previous mixers ive had). The quality is exceptional.

1. The cover flap will not stay up on it's own. I have to hold it up to add ingredients. Cumbersome.
