Fantastic Mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in the market for a dough mixer for breads and mainly my pizza dough and did not want a huge commercial unit, just something that was better than my KitchenAid and would not get burnt up. This mixer was coming on the market and so I added my name to the waitlist and purchased one the minute they were available. It has met and exceeded my expectations for what a pizza mixer should be. I love it and although the price is higher than some others, I love that you can take the bowl and attachments off to clean them. This is what won me over but the look and construction have also exceeded my expectations. Can’t say enough about it!

Perfect for Pizzas

Wonderful mixer. My wife and I are serious pizza hobbyists and we love this mixer. The detachable bowl and hook are well designed and seem like they will last a long time. The variable RPM is also great. We are happy with our purchase and would gladly buy again.

Ooni Halo Pro Spiral Mixer Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the Ooni spiral mixer several times since purchasing it. It is sleek and attractive looking, has the best features of all the other mixers and is strong enough for home use. I have made doughs as low as 60% hydration and up to 80% hydration with no problem. Since I am new to using a spiral mixer, I had to review videos on how important it is to slowly add water to the flour. It would be great if there was a video on using the mixer by Ooni. After using it several times I was thinking it would be nice to have a cover for it and was able to use a Trader Joes paper shopping bag as a cover which fit perfectly. All in all I am very pleased with the spiral mixer and recommend it to anyone who has a desire to purchase one.

Powerful & Makes Better Dough

A more capable home mixer at a reasonable price. Its capacity, rotating bowl, heavy duty attachments, lights, timer and lid with spout are fantastic features. As others have mentioned, cleanup is also easy with the spiral/bar//rotating bowl combination. It also looks great.
