[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent product! I’m thrilled because I’ve wanted a mixer like this for a long time—I love baking sponge cakes and whipping meringue. I can’t even put into words how I feel about this mixer because it’s simply amazing. It’s a large, professional-grade mixer, allowing me to prepare food for my entire family and even treat my friends.
The mixer is made from high-quality materials. All the components feel sturdy, are quite heavy, and come in special protective covers. The bowl is large and easy to remove for cleaning. Swapping out the attachments is quick and effortless. It’s also not too noisy.
The only downside is its weight and the amount of space it requires in the kitchen. However, I believe this won’t be an issue for cooking enthusiasts or professionals. I can definitely recommend this product!

Powerful High Quality Mixer!

Before I even opened the box, I could tell by the weight that this was going to be a well made mixer. It is so sleek and modern looking, it matches with my modern kitchen decor so well. The quality of every single attachment is top-notch. This machine is powerful, and simple to use. I thoroughly enjoyed using it for the first time. It makes the process of making homemade dough so easy. I love to make sourdough bread, and homemade pizzas, this will make the process fun for the whole family. I highly recommend this mixer. I am looking forward to experimenting with some of the additional attachments that are included with the mixer.

I love this dough mixer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ooni Halo Pro is a pleasure to use! Operating it is easy with the one dial , you can dial in special rpm settings if like but that only a few buttom presses away as well. I was so excited to try it; I made a loaf of bread and relyed solely on the Halo Pro to take care of all the kneading. I definitely need to perfect my recipe; but the Halo Pro handled it wonderfully! On top of that it is sleek and compact on my counter and pretty quiet during operation. Amazing product!!

It lights up so you can see what’s going on in the mixer, plus it’s very quiet! I’m impressed that it didn’t start shaking around like my other brand mixer did. Overall, I would highly recommend this mixer to both seasoned bakers and the newbies!

It sings to you when you turn it on and has so many settings that allow you to customize it perfectly to whatever you’re making. Absolutely near perfect product.

I literally love how it's so easy to use and the settings of it is also really nice and you can tell easily what speed it's on. It's not too loud and it is perfect for making things in. The size is really good and better than what I expected. Overall this is mixer is really good.

High quality and sleek machine for a discerning ba

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first opened the packaging, I was met with an attractive packaging design. The mixer and all of the accessories were individually wrapped in textile. My initial impression of the product stylistically was one of minimalist and intentional design with a sleek charcoal grey finish that appeared attractive on my granite counter. I also was impressed with the feel of quality and weight of the machine as well as its implements. The stainless steel dough hook and scraper are hefty and incredibly sturdy. They were easy to assemble to the machine as were the whisk and silicone scraper attachments.
The dough hook and scraper attachments are next level and are, in my opinion and philosophy of use, the flagship attachment. They have impeccable smooth finishing and have considerable weight with a feel of robustness. They mixed and stretched my bread dough to great effect and did not let the dough “ride the walls” like my previous stand mixer. The machine handled the dough with ease and no excess vibration. It also has much greater capacity than my other mixer partly due to the square shape of the bowl. Whereas I could only do one loaf equivalent before, I am able to make enough dough to do 3-4 bread loaves. I absolutely loved the warm LED lighting of the mixer which allowed me to appreciate the color and consistency of my dough as it mixed.
The whisk attachment also features a splashguard with several well thought out features; for one, the guard lifts up together with the top of the mixer head when adding larger ingredients; it also has a port for adding liquids and a hinge to add dry items while mixing; it was very effective at eliminating splashes during whisking unlike other splashguards I’ve tried which have a large opening at all times. I found the whisk attachment to be effective when whipping up a pudding recipe. It had a comparable noise level to other stand mixers I have tried.
I like the design of the beater attachment which features a silicone scraper which helped to keep the walls of the bowl clean in use.
One feature that I ended up finding useful was the timer function. With my previous mixer, I had to set a separate timer to stop the mixer at the right time when making bread dough as not to overdevelop the gluten. The machine stops after a set time that is easy to set with the intuitive control knob. On that note, I appreciate that there aren’t a billion modes and such; the machine is clean and simple as it should be.
In summary, I was very impressed by this machine in comparison to my previous stand mixers with attachments especially in the area of dough making. I think this is a great machine for a discerning baker who values quality and efficient design over features and doodads.
