I have had my Ooni Halo Pro Spiral Mixer for several weeks. I bought it to replace an 11 year old KitchenAid Artisan mixer. So far I have made pizza dough, large batch breads, and cookies and it has not disappointed me at all! I love that I can put in a batch of dough, set a timer, and walk away! As far as cleaning, the bowl comes clean very easily and so does the dough hook and the breaker bar. I used the paddle attachment once (for cookies) and tossed it in the washer and it also cleaned easily. I am looking forward to many years of bread making and other baking! Game. . . Changer!!

Pretty much have to make 3 loaves to make it run right. Wish I hadn’t bought it right before the smaller one came out.

A Beast for sourdough bread

I finally pulled the trigger on this mixer. Best decision ever. If you make a lot of bread, this mixer is an absolute time saver. I make five loaves at a time. Consistency is king and this mixer is the best. The learning curve is very easy to master. I Highly recommend this mixer for anyone baking a large volume of bread!!

It’s definitely an excellent addition to the kitchen, makes mixing sourdough bread recipes a lot easier and faster. Thoroughly mixing your recipes to whatever consistency you want. It’s definitely a worthwhile addition to any kitchen.

Wow! This mixer is amazing!!! We use a 40 quart Estella mixer in our bakery. Everything I love about my commercial mixer I am finding in this stand mixer. It wonderfully mixes seven 800 g loafs. It blends and incorporates all of the ingredients beautifully. I have four other stand mixers and this one by far is the best! I've only used the hook and bar attachments.
